


Jose Cruz is a dynamic Master Trainer with a proven track record of empowering individuals and organizations to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. He served eight years in the United States Air Force as an Information Management Noncommissioned Officer and continued his commitment to public service as a federal employee with the U.S. Department of Defense. Throughout his civilian career, he has held key roles including Master Trainer, Information Management Officer, Registrar of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence, and currently Deputy Chief of Army Recovery Care Training. Across 29 years of professional service, Jose has trained thousands of professionals, equipping them to lead with authenticity, confidence, and impact.
Jose holds an Associate of Applied Science in Religion, a Baccalaureate in Christian Ministry, and a Master of Education in Adult Education and Instructional Systems from Wayland Baptist University in San Antonio, Texas. His academic foundation strengthens his ability to bridge theory and practice, making leadership development both practical and transformative. Known for his engaging and trust-building facilitation style, he creates learning environments that foster self-awareness, accountability, and growth.
In addition to his professional work, Jose is deeply committed to community service and spiritual leadership. He serves as Lead Pastor of Summit Centro Cristiano and The Bridge Christian Center, and previously as Vice President of Church of Hope Ministries supporting outreach to the homeless in San Antonio. He also serves as a Youth Pastor with Last Chance Ministries and coordinates marriage retreats while coaching couples toward healthy, lasting relationships. Through every role, Jose combines faith and leadership to strengthen families, develop leaders, and uplift communities.
